About the Role

Pioneer the future of autonomous flight by developing AI-powered flight control systems, navigation algorithms, and decision-making capabilities for our supersonic aircraft.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement autonomous flight control and navigation systems

• Develop machine learning algorithms for flight optimization and safety

• Lead sensor fusion, computer vision, and real-time decision-making systems

• Collaborate on human-machine interface design and pilot assistance systems

• Establish testing protocols for autonomous flight capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or Aerospace Engineering

• 8+ years in autonomous systems, AI/ML, or flight control systems

• Expertise in real-time control systems, sensor fusion, and safety-critical software

• Experience with aviation standards (DO-178C, DO-254) preferred

• Background in autonomous vehicles, drones, or aerospace control systems

Interview Process

After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to two 30 minute interviews (“technical phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask technical questions about your background or specialization.

Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet or in-person.
