About the Role

Lead our flight test programs and certification efforts, ensuring our supersonic aircraft meet all safety and performance requirements for commercial operation.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive flight test programs

  • Lead aircraft certification and regulatory compliance efforts

  • Manage flight test operations, data analysis, and reporting

  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities throughout certification process

  • Establish safety protocols and risk management systems

Preferred Qualifications
  • 12+ years in flight test engineering or aircraft certification

  • Active pilot certification (ATP preferred) with test pilot experience

  • Deep knowledge of aircraft certification standards and processes

  • Experience with supersonic or high-performance aircraft preferred

  • Strong project management and regulatory coordination skills

Interview Process

After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to two 30 minute interviews (“technical phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask technical questions about your background or specialization.

Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet or in-person.
