About the Role

Build our manufacturing capabilities from the ground up, developing innovative production processes that enable efficient supersonic aircraft manufacturing at scale.

What You'll Do

• Establish supply chain partnerships and vendor qualification programs

• Lead facility planning, equipment selection, and production scaling

• Develop quality systems and lean manufacturing methodologies

• Collaborate on design-for-manufacturing optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years in aerospace or automotive manufacturing leadership

• Experience with composite materials, precision machining, and assembly processes

• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100) and lean manufacturing

• Track record of scaling production operations and managing complex supply chains

• Background in advanced manufacturing technologies and automation

Interview Process

After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to two 30 minute interviews (“technical phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask technical questions about your background or specialization.

Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet or in-person.
